Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@picksmarter.shop with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@picksmarter.shop with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable. Sale items may only be refunded for store credit unless they are defective.

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping ($9.99): 2–4 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@picksmarter.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. PickSmarter is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
